how we do it
1. Exploration and concept development
The first thing we’ll do with you is sit down to discuss what content you have within your organisation and work through how this can be developed to create new and unique product lines. You’ll probably know where and what your existing content archive is used for today, but we’ll help you think about how these assets could be presented to your customers, communities and other audiences in new and innovative formats.
2. Collection and formatting
You may already have a fully digitised library of media images or well indexed data sources which will make our process even faster. If that’s not the case, we can help to plan and execute how to get your most valuable assets into digital format. Once we can identify where and how assets are available, it’s a relatively simple and efficient process for us to upload and index your content into our operational platforms.
3. Design and product creation
Following the first phases of our process, we’ll have developed some strong and well defined guidelines for targeting your audiences with new products. We’ll now work with you to decide whether more audience based research is required to further refine the designs and product characteristics or whether we are ready to plan the launch marketing, production and operations.
4. Launch and Marketing
Depending on the nature of the new product, we’ll work with you to create a launch and post-launch phased marketing plan to maximise awareness and optimise desired positioning within your target audiences. This might include making use of your existing campaigns, online channels or publications; or creating whole new approaches based on communications that you have not yet experienced or previously been able to exploit. Typically, you’ll own the final marketing plan, but we can be there to work with you or advice on partners who can help with campaign execution.
5. Production and Operations
When we’re ready to launch the business with you, we’ll also help you fully understand how production and ongoing operations will be setup. This is likely to be based on our own in-house capabilities, although for specialised services we might bring in other service partners to assist with the production and operations process. Once we’ve agreed on a launch date, then we’ll look after all subsequent processes; from setting up web pages to payment collections and postage.
